Refund policy

Cancellation and Refund

Order cancellation requests apply only to physical products and only if they are made within 24 hours of the order. A refund may potentially be issued afterward.

To request a cancellation, please write to info@chivichivi.com with your order number and all necessary details.


Exchange

Chivi Chivi does not offer exchanges for music products (CDs, vinyl records, cassettes), except if the product is damaged or defective upon receipt (proof required).

For merchandise products that involve sizes and/or colors (clothing, hats, goodies), exchanges are possible if stock availability allows for it.

Shipping costs (return & reshipment) for exchanged products are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once the request is approved, the products can be returned to our offices.
