Shipping policy

Please note our office will be closed from December 19th to January 4th inclusively. Pick-ups will be impossible during this period, and orders will be treated upon our return on January 5th.

All orders placed through the Chivi Chivi website are prepared and shipped from Montreal. Shipments are handled by Canada Post.

All purchases are shipped within one week. Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected shipping method. If you have not received your package beyond the estimated delivery time suggested by your chosen shipping method, please contact us at info@chivichivi.com.

Shipping fees are not included in the displayed product prices but will be calculated at checkout.

It is also possible to select a pickup option at our offices in Montreal. Please make sure to inform us of your pickup time by emailing info@chivichivi.com at least 24 hours in advance.

Please bring your order number and proof of purchase when picking up your order.
